RP02 Refurbished Glass Canopy Roof to Supermarket Chester

Urban Design were asked to carry out extensive remedial works to a existing store canopy including, replacing an obsolete glazing bar system, overhead glazing panels and fully redecorate the entire metal framework – all steel had to be rubbed back to bare metal, primed and repainted with site applied gloss paint. New glass and glazing bars were provided along with a rear gutter channel system and new down pipes. All work had to be carried out whilst the store was open and with the minimum disruption to the public.
