Urban Design & Developments Ltd offer a complete bespoke design service for all types of passenger waiting shelters of all shapes and sizes, fully enclosed, cantilever style, ends open or closed, integral seating etc. We can provide a single shelter to a complete bus station development. This shelter has glazing panels to the upper half of the front and sides, with full length metal panels at the rear, giving weather protection whilst still allowing for easy entry and exit. The roof is covered with solid UV protected polycarbonate sheets forming a Barrel Vault roof with the panels held in place with Polyester Powder coated aluminium glazing straps and seals. The shelter is further enhanced by the addition of wooden bench seating. All steel work is decorated in a heavy duty exterior grade metallic enamel paint system to any standard BS or RAL colour.
