W02 Satin Glass Roof Supported Walkway School Derby

A full decorated mild steel support framework complete with column legs taken down to concrete foundation bases below ground level. The walkway structure ran the entire length of the front of the school main entrance and was adapted to follow the complex front line of the main building. Glazing to the roof area was provided by the use of satinised toughened safety glass panels securely fixed in place using stainless steel planar type fixing brackets. A central valley gutter was used to collect rainwater from the gull wing style roof area with drainage taken down the centre of the support columns.
