A full stainless steel support framework was resin anchor bolt fixed to the external building face. To provide extra support and rigidity stainless steel tie rods were fixed to the front edge of the canopy and to the main structure at a higher level. Glazing to the roof area was provided by the use of clear toughened safety glass panels securely fixed in place using stainless steel planar type fixing brackets. An integral rear gutter channel with side down pipe completed the design.
