EF62 Glass Supported Entrance Canopy Feature NHS Scunthorpe

Decorated mild steel laser profiled arms were fixed back to a running rear structural perimeter member which was in turn fixed to the internal steel work within the main building and which formed part of the main entrance kiosk unit to the hospital entrance area. Glazing to the roof area was provided by using clear toughened safety glass panels securely fixed in a stainless steel planar type fixing arrangement. All steel work decorated in a heavy duty exterior grade metallic enamel paint system and the design allowed for rain water to drain from the canopy onto the main flat roof entrance kiosk area.
